Devon Place in Newark Delaware is a beautiful community just off  Elkton Road.  Close to Newark Phillips Park, with tennis courts, basketball courts and children's play area and West Park with baseball fields and basketball courts.  Devon Place in Newark Delaware is just down the street from Devon. The Devon Place community is close to shopping and recreation and schools including Newark Charter (where my brother teaches!).  It is also within the Newark City limits and has access to all the benefits of being a Newark resident.
